Along our 50 swimmers from Elite to Silver group, 200 swimmers from 8 other clubs participated in this event. This time trial wrapping up the second term, gave everyone a chance to put their best foot forward and show the results of months of work. In total, the team achieved 2 new club records, 2 new Best of the West qualifying events, 1 new Provincial qualifying event, 1 new Divisional qualifying event, and 13 personal best times. For many, this swim meet was a new experience racing other swimmers from different clubs, swimming more difficult events, and diving off a block. The meet followed a Western-standard format with prelims and finals and provided a great opportunity for our swimmers to race against high-level competition and gain valuable long-course racing experience before of our season peak meet. It was the first meet for the Elite groups in 2026, it turned out a very strong overall performance.
