2026 Winter Pronvincial Champs Recap
By Coach Anchie,
On March 5-8, Jaden, Ryan, Ethan, Keen, Sophie, Joshua, Steve, Freddy, Connor and Colin attended the Swim BC Winter Provincial Championships, and we are very proud of the effort and progress shown by our swimmers. In total, the team achieved 2 new club records, 2 new Best of the West qualifying events, 1 new Provincial qualifying event, 1 new Divisional qualifying event, and 13 personal best times.
Beyond the results, this meet was also a valuable team travel experience. Sharing rooms and meals, supporting each other on the pool deck, and cheering for teammates helped bring the team closer together. The positive team spirit and camaraderie were a highlight of the weekend and an important part of the athletes’ development and competitive experience.
