    Message from the Head Coach

    Hello everyone!

Our swimmers have all been doing well but our speed and endurance is not where I'd like to see it. I believe we can arrive at our goal by not missing too many practices. Parents, please help our kids arrive at the pool on time and continue to support their swimming.

Let's try this for the upcoming LMR, invitational, BC AA and BC AAA Champs. Together, we can make a difference and post even better results!

    Thanks,
    Xiaoping
